Payment:
While availing any of the payment method/s available on the Website, we will not be responsible or assume any liability, whatsoever in respect of any loss or damage arising directly or indirectly to you due to:

The orders are accepted via the website, Android app, and IOs app.
Only in case of special requirements, we accept orders on mail and Customer care phone.
Exactness Not Guaranteed:
Oceanbloom.com hereby disclaims any guarantees of exactness as to the finish and appearance of the final Product as delivered to the recipient.
We DO NOT guarantee delivery of the exact replica of the products mentioned on the website.
In the case of flower-related products – the florists use different wrapping paper, baskets, and decoration materials, so the arrangements shown on the website look slightly different from the actual products delivered. Delivery of exactly the same variety or color of flowers is also subject to availability and freshness. We may choose to deliver a bouquet or basket of the same monetary value due to unavoidable circumstances.
In the case of cakes – the bakeries use the pictures as guidelines, but they have their own style of preparing the same flavored cakes. Therefore the cakes, though the same flavor, might look different. In case the cake you ordered cannot be delivered due to unavoidable circumstances, we will deliver a similar cake of the same monetary value.
In the case of any other products, if we cannot deliver the same products due to unavoidable circumstances, we will deliver a similar product of the same monetary value.
Products and services delivery – Date and Time slots:
The time slots provided at the time of checkout can be selected by the user. These are the preferred dates and time slots of the customer. We strive to do deliveries on the selected date and time slot, but it is NOT A GUARANTEE. We are committed to doing delivery of products and services ordered within 24 hours of the requested delivery date and time slot. Failing to do so we will refund the amount, not before that.
For daytime delivery, the delivery time ranges from 10 AM to 8 PM.
For midnight orders, delivery could be made anytime between 11:00 PM to 12:30 AM.
In the case of remote locations/small towns, it can be made from 10 PM to 12:30 AM.
No refund will be made in case orders fail to be delivered within the provided time slot.
Only one attempt for delivery will be made. Please confirm the availability of the recipient before choosing the delivery time. If the recipient is not available at the time of delivery, the second attempt will not be made, and the order will be canceled. No refund will be made in such a case.
Delivery timings, if promised, cannot be guaranteed in case of special circumstances like extreme weather conditions, riots, strikes, elections, bandhs, during rush days like Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, Rakhi, New Year’s Eve, etc. Order cancellation would not be possible in such circumstances, and the order will be executed on consecutive days.
Special day deliveries are processed until 52 hours before the requested delivery date and time slots.
Special days for Oceanbloom are – Mother’s Day, Father’s Day, Diwali, Holi, Valentine’s Day, Rose Day, Teddy Day, Proposal Day, Hug Day, Kiss Day, Friendship Day, Raksha Bandhan, Christmas, and New Year.
Delivery:
Title and risk of loss for all products ordered by you shall pass on to you upon Oceanbloom’s shipment. Thereafter Oceanblooms will not be responsible for any loss or damage to the product.
If the recipient receives the products in damaged condition
The recipient should check the products delivered (cakes, flowers, any other) before signing the receipt.
If the product delivered is found damaged, the recipient should refuse to accept it and immediately inform Customer Care.
Any issues with the products delivered should be reported within 4 hours of receipt; after that, no request for replacement or refund will be entertained.
In case of badly damaged products, a replacement will be provided. Kindly allow a minimum of 6 hours for the replacement.
Courier product complaints should be informed within 6-8 hours after delivery. Complaints coming after 6-8 hours will not be undertaken.
Minimalistic and cosmetic damages like –
The name/message on the cake is not written.
Name and message not attached to flowers.
Cream of cake/decoration on cake/flowers packaging issues – will not be eligible for refunds/replacements unless they are severely damaged.
Keep as a surprise
For orders where Keep as Surprise is selected, we will deliver the order as requested without the receiver knowing the sender’s details. In case the receiver refuses to accept the order, then we will disclose the sender’s details for the order to be acknowledged and accepted by the receiver. If still, the receiver does not accept the order, then the order will be returned, and it will be considered complete from Oceanbloom’s end. Due to time limitations and the gift items being of perishable nature, therefore, we will attempt our best to have the order delivered within a given timeframe.

Non-delivery of products
We will be able to attempt delivery of your order only once. For perishable products, the delivery attempt can be made again subject to our decision, and you may be liable for an additional delivery charge in such cases. In the event, the delivery is not executed during the attempt, the customer shall still be charged for the order, and no redelivery will be possible. We will consider the order executed in the below cases:
Wrong shipping/delivery address.
Premises locked.
Wrong landlines/Mobile number or Extension number which may render us unable to reach the recipient for the delivery.
The recipient refused to accept the delivery.
Delivered the product at the Gate/Neighbor as per the instruction given by the receiver.
The recipient is not available.
Cancellation Policy:

Please understand that the points mentioned in the policies are with reference to the time slots on the www.oceanblooms.com website selected by the user in the checkout process.
Orders are processed in time slots, and we accept cancellation requests with reference to the time slot selected by the customer in the order placed. Consider the conditions stated below –
If the cancellation request comes to Oceanblooms 24 hours before the start of the time slot selected – 10% of the order value is charged as cancellation charges.
Pincode Requirements It is the user’s responsibility to provide the correct pincode in the delivery address. The pin code should correspond to the accurate delivery location. At times, the mentioned address may not align with the pin code of that particular area.
If an incorrect pin code is entered in the address section, the following scenarios may arise:
- Non-Serviceable Area: If the address entered corresponds to a non-serviceable area, the order will be canceled, and no refund will be initiated. Our system verifies the pin code for delivery feasibility and may accept the order if the pin code is serviceable even though the address is not.
- Incorrect Pin Code: If our team contacts you regarding an incorrect pin code in the address, and you wish to get the delivery done to a new pin code, the charges for the newly added pin code will apply. The order cannot be canceled and refunded if you choose not to pay for the correct pin code’s charges.

- Delivery Time Slots: Orders are accepted and delivered in specified time slots available in your selected city.

- Fraudulent Behavior: We may cancel orders at our discretion in cases of fraudulent behavior, and no refund will be issued in such instances.
- Duplicate Orders: If duplicate orders with similar details are placed, we will attempt to contact the customer. If there is no response, both orders will be processed, and any subsequent arguments will not be entertained.
- Special Occasions: On special occasions like New Year, Christmas, Valentine’s Day, etc., delivery timing guarantees may not be applicable for midnight deliveries.
- Order Cancellation: There is no cancellation for orders placed under the ‘Same Day Delivery’ category.
- Delivery Attempt: Only one attempt for delivery will be made. If the recipient is not available at the time of delivery, a second attempt will not be made, and the order will be canceled without a refund.
- Rescheduling Orders: To reschedule an order, you need to inform us at least 24 hours before the delivery date.
- Checking Products on Delivery: The recipient should check the order before signing the receipt. If any damage is found, the recipient should refuse to accept the order, and a replacement will be provided.
- Order Execution: The order will be considered successfully executed if the delivery location is inaccessible or permission to enter the location is not granted.
- Delivery Timings: Delivery timings may not be guaranteed in case of special circumstances like extreme weather conditions, riots, strikes, etc.
- Product Complaints: Any issues with the products received should be reported to customer service within 4 hours of receipt.
For International Orders:
- The actual product may vary in shape, size, brand, and color based on local availability.
- The date of delivery for orders shipped using courier services will be an estimate.
- Our courier partners do not call before delivering, so please provide an address where someone will be available to receive the package.
- Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be modified or redirected to another address.
- In case of damaged or low-quality products, the sender should contact customer care within 1 working day from the date of delivery.
Caring Tips for Plants:
- Unwrap the plant carefully and retain the soil.
- Water the plant as soon as you receive it, as it may be in a dried condition after transit.
- We are not liable for any delay in delivery caused by the courier company or postal authorities.
- For timely delivery, we may need to contact the recipient even if the gift is marked for “surprise delivery.”
